JULY 18: medical visit and start of the paperwork to get Ally into the
USA: Amy has heard that actual citizenship might be in the cards for
Ally, including a "swearing in" ceremony. Most parents, now with their
adopted kids of various ages (all the way up to 11 yr old) and
"special needs", are anxious to get back home, to a less hectic life
for the kids!
